The Team USA Spot Fee is required for all athletes who have qualified and are interested in claiming their spot on Team USA. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid for each event. Disciplines taking place at the 2025 World Triathlon Winter Championships are:

- Winter Duathlon
- Winter Triathlon & Winter Duathlon
